Georgia BH clinicians targeting Cigna members are really targeting Evernorth, the standalone behavioral network Cigna spun its BH operation into back in 2021, reachable at 1-800-926-2273. The medical flow cannot see a BH file and will not tell you it received one. The second dependency is quieter still: both entities pull your application from CAQH only where you have granted access, so set the authorization, to each by name or globally, before anything is submitted. An unpermissioned profile is indistinguishable from no application at all.

Georgia DCH announced that effective July 1, 2026 it would suspend providers who failed their 5-year revalidation, with claims for dates of service on or after that date not paid. The unforgiving part is the cure: your new effective date is the date you submit the revalidation, and retro-enrollment is explicitly not applicable, so the gap between suspension and cure is unbillable forever.
