Aetna Dental: DMO and PPO networks. Both DMO and PPO networks available in this state. Apply via Aetna provider portal (aetna.com/providers) or Availity. Uses CAQH ProView. Processing typically 45-90 days via CVS Health/Aetna credentialing. State licensing: Georgia Board of Dentistry issues DDS/DMD licenses. Dental hygienists (RDH) may credential separately. State note: Accepts CDCA or ADEX clinical exam. Requires CPR certification and jurisprudence exam. Part of CVS Health. DMO plans available in select states (AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, IL, KS, MD, MO, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OK, PA, TN, TX, UT, VA). PPO available nationwide. Aetna Vital Savings discount dental plan is separate from insurance products.
