DMEPOS supplier ENROLLMENT itself runs through the National Provider Enrollment contractors (NPE East and West), separate from claims jurisdictions, and DMEPOS revalidates every 3 years.
The stall to avoid: PECOS web always beats paper, and a development request unanswered for 30 days is a rejection. Track your revalidation due date: CMS posts it about 7 months ahead.
