TRICARE Active Duty Dental Program (ADDP) enrollment available in this state for military families. State licensing: North Dakota State Board of Dental Examiners issues DDS/DMD licenses. Dental hygienists (RDH) may credential separately. State note: Accepts CDCA, ADEX, or WREB clinical exam. Requires CPR certification. Subsidiary of Highmark Inc.
