MultiPlan renamed to Claritev, with no changes to credentialing, contracts, or rates from the rename. Its PHCS network is the largest independently contracted primary PPO in the country and holds NCQA credentialing accreditation. You contract once with the network, and many employers, TPAs, and plans lease access to it.
The stall to avoid: This is network access, not a payer: claims pay under the terms of whichever plan leased the network, at the PHCS contracted rate. Verify which logo is on the member card before assuming your PHCS contract applies.
