Arizona Complete Health is Centene's Arizona subsidiary. Contract with the Arizona entity; credentialing flows from CAQH ProView through Availity Essentials, and Medicaid products require active AHCCCS enrollment first.

Behavioral health routing: Behavioral health has historically run through Magellan, which Centene is divesting (sale pending as of spring 2026). Whether your state routes behavioral in house or through Magellan is state and date specific: resolve it before applying.

The stall to avoid: The classic stall is contracting the wrong entity: a national inquiry instead of the specific state plan. Find the state plan's own join page and route there.

From PayerReady's payer enrollment research, built from the payer's own provider manuals and enrollment pages. Payer processes change; when a fact is not published by the payer, we say so rather than guess.
