Register through the Provider Registration Form on Availity, then complete the Join Our Networks form inside the portal. CAQH is the preferred application data source, and verification runs through the Medversant CVO, which is who will chase you for missing items.

Behavioral health routing: Outpatient behavioral health runs under an exclusive arrangement with Lucet, the former New Directions. Behavioral providers contract through Lucet, not the Florida Blue medical network.

The stall to avoid: Lucet often finishes credentialing well before Florida Blue loads you into the claims system. Approval is not billable status: confirm the Florida Blue load date before submitting claims.

From PayerReady's payer enrollment research, built from the payer's own provider manuals and enrollment pages. Payer processes change; when a fact is not published by the payer, we say so rather than guess.
